Scope

To improve the power supply infrastructure at the headquarters premisses of KESH Tirana, by enabling the power supply with 2 lines from 20/0,4 kV, 10/0,4 kV cabins, and installation of a 150 kVA motor-generator, which shall be on standby to supply energy for the building in case of lack of energy supply from the aforementioned lines. These 3 power sources will be automatically controlled through the supply, installation of a change-over with a priority supply from the 20/0,4 kV line. In addition, works and installations will be performed to improve the telecommunication system of the building, the air conditioning, ventilation, fire detection and extinguishing in the server room. Expectations

The works were performed within the term established under the contract and the object is achieved according to the project. The implementation of this contract has made possible the power supply for the headquarters of KESH Tirana, uninterruptedly from three independent sources. Specifically, in case of lack of power supply, the building will be supplied with power from 2 cabins, 20/0,4kV and 10/0,4kV. If there is no electric power coming from these lines, the 150kVA Diesel-generator starts automatically, and it has been tested under load. The distribution of the loads in all the relevant floors, uniformly in 3 phases, has been improved. Power supply was provided for the second floor, where the inverter is located and of the server room. Improvement of telephone, internet networks and equipment, work places KESH.
