From 11:30 KESH reduces 900 in 700 m3/s the discharge of the port in Hec Vau i Dejes.
KESH anticipates the situation created from the intensity of the rainfall in the North-East of the region and Montenegro, in which has grown sensitively the level of the lake and it flows in river Buna.

The current situation in the Drin River cascade is:

Natural flows in the cascade are 1300 m3 / s.

Discharges from production and discharge from gates are:

  • Fierza HPP – 490 m3 / s from production, 300 m3 / s discharges from gates.
  • Koman HPP – 630 m3 / s from production, 500 m3 / s discharges from gates.
  • Vau Dejës HPP- 412 m3 / s from production, 700 m3 / s discharges from gates
  • The levels in the lakes of the Drini Cascade are:
  • Fierza HPP 291. 29 mmnd, (quota max. 296 mmnd)
  • Koman HPP 175. 5 mmnd, (quota max. 175.5 mmnd)
  • Vau i Dejës HPP 72. 40 mmnd (quota max. 76 mmnd)

Production in the three HPPs is:

  • Fierza HPP, 5,650 MWh (daily)
  • Koman HPP, 12,449 MWh (daily)
  • Vau Dejës HPP, 4,320 MWh (daily)

Total production meets all the demand for electricity consumption for the country.
