Developments in the energy sector enabled by Law No. 43/2015 “On the Electric Energy Sector” highlight the need for organizational and functional transformation of the company. This transformation is essential for effectively addressing anticipated challenges in the institutional and commercial environment where the company operates.
In response to the opportunities provided by the legal and regulatory framework, the company has implemented structural changes by streamlining its organization. This process involves eliminating functions that, when evaluated in terms of legal relevance, economic efficiency, or public utility, are no longer necessary to be performed by KESH sh.a. or by structures outside the current scope of KESH sh.a.’s activities.
