which you will find attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The offer should be submitted no later than the date: <strong>15.09.2025<\/strong>, (CET) time: <strong>14.00<\/strong> to the e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:HFO@kesh.al\">HFO@kesh.al<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The validity of the financial offer must be until 15.11.2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details and documentation can be found on KESH sh.a. web site;
