FOR THE EVALUATION OF THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Albanian Power Corporation (KESH sh.a.) has published in its web page a call the expression<br>of interest for leasing of a thermal power generation asset on date 05.01.2022 based on the<br>Decision of Council of Ministers (DCM) No. 620 date October 22, 2021 for the \u201cApproval of<br>the Public Supply Obligation (PSO) conditions for the licensed entities of the Albanian<br>Electricity Sector during the Power Supply Emergency Status in order to prevent and withstand<br>the consequences of global energy crisis\u201d which imposes KESH with the obligation to provide<br>all the electricity needed to meet the demand of Universal Service Supplier (FSHU)<br>Based on the above DCM provisions KESH has published the call in its webpage, in an<br>international business gazette webpage and also in the Albanian Public Procurement Bulletin.<br>Within the published deadline, the company has received two expressions of interest from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Exelerate Energy and Renco s.p.a<\/li><li>Distributed Power Solutions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>From the above expressions on interests, Exelerate Energy and Renco s.p.a, expression has<br>been qualified during the Compliance assessment.<br>The expression of interest of Company Distributed Power Solution was no in compliance with<br>the provisions of Call for Expression of Interest.<br>The offer from Exelerate Energy and Renco s.p.a. has been evaluated for the selective<br>assessment as per the Call for Expression of Interest and has been awarded as winner.<br>Based on Decision of Council of Minister No. 620\/2021, as amended documentation will be<br>published in KESH
